Description

The McNASTY FS is a member of our McNasty series of daggers. The FS is the full size version of our McNasty PK blade. The McNASTY FS is designed specifically as a large format, direct action assaulter blade. With a 5 inch blade and a full-hand handle large enough big and gloved hands, the McNasty FS is made for serious business.

This Special Edition blade features a Vietnam-era Tiger Stripe camo pattern associated with MACV-SOG units, with the same camo pattern etched onto the OD Green Kydex sheath. Fisher Blades will donate 25% of the sales of this edition to the SOC-F Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides direct support to active-duty and retired US Special Operations Forces' members and their families.

The McNasty FS multi-carry-mode Kydex sheath can be configured for molle carry (for plate-carrier/chest rigs and packs), and standard belt carry. With the addition of optional snap straps can be set up for scout/ranger belt carry, or if you’re feeling really randy, with the optional DCC clip can also be set up for pocket carry. With an optional 2mm cord tether, the McNASTY FS sheath can also be set up as “Samurai” carry. The positive double rear quillon makes for secure, indexed draw in either hammer or reverse grip.

In Tribute

The McNASTY FS is named to honor James “McNasty” McNiece, a US Army paratrooper and leader of the “Filthy Thirteen,” a irregular but elite paratrooper unit which was instrumental in a number of vital combat missions during WWII. A true American bad-ass!
